THE SUMMARY: The Rittner Buam, who have to do without five players - Robert and Manuel Öhler in addition to Lasse Uusivirta, Jari Sailio and Markus Spinell -, start the game with great momentum at the Stadthalle in Klagenfurt. The first goal of the blue-red, however, had to wait 12'09". The guests played had a two man advantage and Alex Frei took advantage of the double numeric superiority with a precise wrist shot at the cross of the posts. For the forward from Caldaro, who scored for the third game in a row, this is the seventh goal of the season. Afterwards, Santeri Heiskanen's team is still on the powerplay. The Rittner Buam create several occasions, but Vorauer is found at his place. On the opposite side of the field the Klagenfurt team has more success. After an unpunished charge on Frei, the house masters turn the gear in a flash and Kapel closes the action with the draw (14'26"). The score remains the same until the siren sounds.

The second period of the game starts very badly for the Rittner Buam. After only 67 seconds, Witting coldly takes advantage of a change error of the blue-red and scores. Sharp could tie the game, but the Buam's number 16 wastes a goal (22nd). Shortly after Ofner has to go to the penalty box, but Pechlaner takes only the outside of the goal in numeric superiority. Now the game seems to flow in that direction, but suddenly comes the 3:1 for Klagenfurt's farm team. Piuk surprises Treibenreif with a covered shot (27'47"). Luck was against the guests less than five minutes later, when Lion Ramoser threw the puck on the post. The Rittner Buam had to manage another penalty kill from the 34'28" of the second period and finally, in the seconds before the intermission, Kevin Fink had to surrender to Vorauer.

 Santeri Heiskanen's team starts the final period with a lot of energy. So at the 42nd Lion Ramoser shoots the puck and misses Klagenfurt's goal. The house masters succeed much better in their intentions, with Kapel taking advantage of his freedom in attack and scoring 4:1 (43'59"). The game is now closed. The Rittner Buam continue their efforts, but the puck doesn't want to cross the line. The score remains at 4:1 for the EC KAC Future Team - also because Kramer misses a penalty shot after a foul by Lang and is beaten by Treibenreif. For the team coached by Kirk Furey this is the third victory in twelve meetings with the South Tyroleans.

 For the Rittner Buam the Alps Hockey League will continue on Thursday with a home game against EHC Lustenau. The direct challenge between the third and fourth in the standings will be a great opportunity for the fans.
